Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and conscientious Reception and Administration Assistant to join the team at Laurus Ryecroft. Within this role you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school, while proving a professional and welcoming presence in reception. If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you. This position is contracted on a 30 hours per week Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 37 out of 52 weeks. This is a temporary position until 11/07/2025. Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)
- To provide confidential administrative support to the school.
- Provide confidential administrative support to the school including the preparation of documents and reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent. - Reception/Administration experience is essential.
- Experience of working with confidential information would be beneficial.
