Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the role of an Administration Assistant/Receptionist on our busy reception at Highlands House, Tunbridge Wells and when required at a second base in Sevenoaks. The role will involve greeting our service users face-to-face and over the telephone, and providing administration support to the community mental health team.
You will also be trained on the Trust's patient management system and have access to our patients' records, which will play a key part of your job., + Greeting service users face-to-face and over the telephone.
+ Making room bookings for Highlands House.
+ Confidently use electronic communication systems e.g. email and outlook in accordance with Trust policy.
+ Be responsible for health and safety of yourself and visitors.
+ Upkeep of the reception area, ensuring we are providing up to date information including restocking leaflets etc.
+ Responsible for the collating of and distribution of all incoming post and the franking of outgoing post.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role are -
+ Greeting service users face to face and over the telephone.
+ Work in accordance with Trust values
+ Making room bookings for Highlands House.
+ Confidently use electronic communication systems e.g. email and outlook in accordance with Trust policy.
+ Be responsible for health and safety of yourself and visitors.

+ Be compliant with Trust mandatory training., + Ability to use Word to produce high quality documents / letters / reports.
