Full Job Description
We are seeking a reception administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the reception and administrative function of the team, completing administrative tasks, answering telephone calls and updating in-house systems with relevant information. - Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure messages are delivered to the correct staff member.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist the team with various administrative duties.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure adherence to centre security protocols.
- Provide support with the learner allowance processes.
- Greet visitors promptly, courteously, and in a friendly manner.
- Help manage meeting room bookings, ensuring optimal use of available spaces to meet business needs.
- Provide administrative support to the business as needed.
Minimum two GCSE's Maths and English (Grade C and above) - Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) Desirable
