Reception Manager

The Leeds Bradford is the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms and provide a 24-hour Reception service for those late-night arrivals., As our Reception Manager your duties will include:

• Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront


• Managing and training the front office team


• Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department


• Ensure all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively.


• Support other departments and be part of the Duty Manager Rota


• Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out.
  
  The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
