Reception Manager

As our Reception Manager your duties will include:

• Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront
• Managing and training the front office team
• Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department
• Ensure all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively.
• Support other departments and be part of the Duty Manager Rota
• Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out.
  
  The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
  
  The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.
