EYFS Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students. · Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students. · Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement. · Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. · Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships. · Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required. Teacher Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting. · Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners. · Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices. · Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
