Reception Teacher (Kingston upon Thames)
Join our vibrant team and inspire young minds as a Reception Teacher, where every day is an opportunity to ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning!, + Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Reception class students
+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development
+ Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership
+ Implement and adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety
+ Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement
+ Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as school events and parent meetings
+ Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting positive behavior and self-esteem

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
+ Proven experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting
+ Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum -
+ Excellent classroom management skills
+ Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning
+ Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current educational practices
Desirable Skills:
+ Experience with special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education practices
+ Knowledge of phonics programs and early literacy strategies
+ Creativity in developing engaging and interactive lesson plans
+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
