Receptionist

One Health Lewisham are looking for a professional, warm and empathetic Receptionist to join our Urgent Care Centre reception team on a part-time permanent basis. You will be working 4 days per week including the weekend.

You will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring they are welcomed, booked in, seen by the appropriate clinician, and supported with any queries they may have. You will also support our Team Leader by ensuring that the reception area and clinical rooms remain clean and tidy. Our UCC service runs 9am to 10pm every day, all year round, including all bank holidays.,

• Manage the flow of patients through the Urgent Care department


• Schedule appointments


• Maintain an organised and tidy reception area


• Work as part of a team
  
  Are you passionate about customer service and have experience in a healthcare environment? Are you available to work weekends?, Experience of using the EMIS Web clinical system in capacity as a receptionist and administrator within NHS


• Interpersonal skills to include polite, concise and effective verbal and written communication


• GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics


• Organisational skills, ability to prioritise
