Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to work part time in a prestigious and historic building, located minutes from Leeds station and the shopping district. You should be friendly, experienced and immaculately presented and enjoy working independently and as part of a job share reception team.
This is a varied role which will include delivering a high-level meet and greet service, as well as working with your job share to introduce events and pops ups to help build a community vibe within the building.
The hours and salary
Working Wednesday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Reception responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome

  • Become the friendly face and 'go to person' of the building

  • Manage reception sign-in processes

  • Managing deliveries - including couriers and post

  • Assist with the management of contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are reported and managed to resolution- keeping tenants informed of the progress

  • General Administration and support to the off-site Building Manager


  • Concierge/Added value responsibilities
  • You will develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file

  • You will research, develop, and communicate (when applicable) a programme of initiatives to increase the enjoyment for all those who work at the building

  • You will produce a weekly report for key stakeholders.

  • You will create and develop an e:newsletter for tenants

    You will be personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.

  • Immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role

  • Competent to multitask and manage a busy reception

  • You should have excellent communication skills

  • You should be a competent PC user and confident using Microsoft Office and social media applications, and be willing to learn any in-house systems
