Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global business with a £2 billion + turnover., As a Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a professional first impression to all visitors at our Normanton Head Office, whilst ensuring that excellent standards within the reception area are maintained at all times.
Please note that this is a part time position of 25 hours per week
The hours are 12pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Flexibility is also required)
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide a professional greeting to all visitors and contractors ensuring the relevant contact is aware of their arrival


• Answering enquiries in person, by phone and email in line with company guidelines


• Ensure that company Health & Safety requirements are followed at all times


• Deal with requirements for postal services including dealing with couriers


• Distribution of incoming post


• Deal with deliveries to site - notifying the appropriate people where necessary


• Follow site security rules and prove ID badge administration and parking permits


• Ensure reception is covered at all times, including holiday/absence cover
  
  Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly and approachable


• Ability to use a computer based telephone service


• Highly organised and able to manage ow time


• Good written communication skills
