Full Job Description

As receptionist you will deliver a professional reception service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.

  • Provide an efficient Reception service to ensure that all visitors are treated professionally and courteously.

  • Operate the telephone system to ensure that calls are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Have a flexible approach to providing backup cover in the absence of the other Receptionists in the team.

  • Keep the signing in register, internal telephone list and reception notes up to date.

  • Deal with deliveries and ensure that documents are scanned and entered onto a register and that the addressee is

  • advised of the delivery.

  • Check stock weekly to ensure appropriate levels of refreshments, lanyards and general stationary.

  • Update staff by email when advised of travel issues.

  • Ensure that the area behind Reception and seating areas are free from clutter and that the Reception area portrays a

  • professional Company image.

  • Carry out any associated duties as requested by the Office Manager.

    Aware of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and

  • adheres to company health and safety policy and procedures.

  • Able to demonstrate alignment and work in line with the

  • Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Collaboration.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to

  • communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
