Full Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying and filing
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of general clerical procedures and office management practices
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner
