Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to The Salvation Army headquarters, responding to in-person / telephone enquiries / email enquiries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

To succeed in this role you will be an experienced receptionist with strong communication skills and an understanding of working with a wide range of customers.

In addition, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise to ensure the reception area runs efficiently.
