Full Job Description

Working in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses, as a Senior Receptionist you will supervise the day to day running of the operations and support the Manager and the team ensuring members requirements and needs are fulfilled to the highest possible standard. To deputise in the absence of the Manager.,

  • Ensure members queries and bookings are dealt with efficiently following the Club's standards of excellence trying to accommodate all requests

  • Accurate accounting and cashiering procedures are carried out at all times and balance daily floats

  • Prepare departmental rota and ensure they are planned in accordance with the levels of business, maintaining appropriate coverage at all times

    At least one year in a similar position

  • Excellent customer service

  • Good understanding of Opera or Fidelio system

  • High level of organisation and flexibility

  • Team player
