Receptionist

Provision of reception duties and a range of administrative duties in support of the project team. Reporting to the Office Manager.,

• Management of meeting room diaries / activity schedules of senior managers


• Control of stationery


• Effective filtering / management of phone calls and maintenance of phone lists


• Maintenance of Visitors Register and liaison with Site Security


• Receive and dispatch post


• Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations


• Assist with the collation of information for reports / meetings


• Maintain Site Attendance Registers. Issue site security passes as requested


• Adherence to SCS policies and procedures


• Ad hoc duties as job requires


• First contact on site


• Visitors (support, access, permits, etc.)

• Experience of Microsoft Office

• Experience of Microsoft Office 365, A physical or mental impairment, which has a substantial and long-term effect (over 12 months) adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities

  The role will work on the HS2 project. HS2 is the UK's new high speed rail network. It will be a catalyst for economic growth across Britain, freeing up space on the existing railways and connecting 8 out of the UK's 10 biggest cities with fast, reliable and frequent high speed services


The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
