Ref - 20868Receptionist for an Asset Management Firm in the West End.A boutique Asset Management firm based in the West End is seeking a confident, personable and proactive Receptionist who can take full ownership of the role. This varied position involves managing front of house operations as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking a dynamic role within a supportive and friendly team.Role: ReceptionistDuration: Full timeStart date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)Salary: Up to £40,000 DOEWorking Hours: 8:30 - 5:30Location: West EndResponsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients; serving as the first point of contact

  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms

  • Assisting with internal events and creating office visuals

  • Collaborating with facilities and operations teams

  • Handling general office administration and supporting EAs


  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer or client-facing role

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering 5-star service

  • Proactive with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable managing high-pressure relationships

  • Exceptional communicator with excellent organisational skills
