In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support., Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Coordinate with optical staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
