Full Job Description

The Coastal Sussex Integrated MSK services (CSIMS) administration team are looking for a part-time administrator to join the Reception Team. The post will require a flexible approach as the successful candidate may be asked to assist in Bognor Reception areas if required. Working as part of a team to deliver the highest standards of administrative support for patients and staff,You will be meeting and greeting patients, data inputting, making follow up appointments, amending appointments, completing DNA's' (did not attend) letters to patients/GP surgeries, responding to telephone enquiries, use of office equipment, scanner/printer/photocopier. The post holder will represent Coastal Sussex Integrated MSK services (CSIMS) by acting as the first point of contact to anyone visiting or contacting the service, dealing with enquiries and appointment requests .

Computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. Training will be provided on the in house computer systems, knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage as would previous experience in the NHS.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to promote patient centred care.You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, be enthusiastic and energetic and have proven interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential.
