We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and managing front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you., The key responsibilities include supporting the practice with various administrative duties such as managing prescriptions, ensuring patient requests are processed, and handling appointment bookings. This involves scheduling, amending, or canceling appointments to optimize the system's efficiency. The role also requires setting up new patients in the computer system, maintaining a tidy reception area, answering and documenting phone calls, and actioning GP referrals promptly. Essential qualifications include experience working with others, using IT in a professional setting, and confidently interacting with people in person and over the phone.
