Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the growing team at our busy Little London Dental Clinic based in Chichester., The main duties will include :

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
  
  You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner.
Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental / medical / health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
