Full Job Description

The post is for a temporary receptionist to cover maternity leave of the substantive post holder at Newbold Family Hub 10 hours per week, hours will be worked between 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm Thursday and Friday., The post is for a temporary receptionist to cover maternity leave of the substantive post holder at Woodland Family Hub 20 hours per week, hours will be worked between 8.45 am and 15.45 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday., 37 hour permanent peripatetic Family Hub receptionist the hours will be managed to meet the needs of the service. Hours will be worked between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekends)., 20 hour permanent receptionist the hours will be managed to meet the needs of the service. Hours will be worked between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekends).

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated, with a strong commitment to quality and with good customer service skills.

You must have the ability to communicate empathetically, with a diverse range of families and professionals across other services, as well as having a high level of administrative and IT skills.

We are looking for someone who gives close attention to detail who will contribute to the family centred highly professional service we deliver.

We are looking for passionate and committed people with relevant experience to join us and contribute to the family centred highly professional service we deliver., As part of the administrative support you will be required to complete data monitoring, spreadsheets, Excel documents, MS office applications, petty cash including raising purchasing orders, along with other office based tasks., In accordance with Section 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 this post requires the ability to converse at ease with the members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

You will be line managed by a Children and Family Neighbourhood Lead and work closely with our other receptionists to ensure consistency and a quality approach to the work.
