Full Job Description

The Children's Community Learning Disability Team is looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to come and join our friendly and supportive team for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave

You will be required to work on main Reception as the first point of contact. Your role will be supporting the Administration and Clerical function of the team in order to provide seamless customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will be able to work in a team and on your own using your own initiative. You will be required to have a professional, sensitive and compassionate manner towards our service users and their families and carers

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of working in a NHS setting for an outstanding NHS Trust

The role will be Monday to Friday 9 to 5 with consideration of flexible working, To manage the front desk and main reception, opening and locking up, welcoming guests, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. To handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with basic office duties. Supporting the team to operate effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis
