Full Job Description

This post offers an exciting opportunity to work at the award-winning Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.

You will be the face of the Leisure Centre, offering exceptional Customer Service as the first point of contact. This is a great opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, passionate, and vibrant team. You will deal with customer enquiries face to face, via email, on social media and over the phone.

This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position will be 22 hours per week, working on a shift rota basis. Your shifts will be based around the centre's opening times; 6:00am to 11:00pm Mon to Fri and 08.00am to 6:30pm at weekends., At Lancaster City Council we aim to have a diverse workforce that is representative of the district that we serve, and provide a working environment where each employee feels able to bring their whole self to work.
