The successful candidate will provide an efficient high-quality reception and information service in a busy environment, welcoming patients and visitors to the service. In supporting the Service in its objectives, the successful candidate will be required to maintain a good working relationship with the Line Manager, Supervisor, and departmental colleagues along with external agencies.

They should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues at all levels, able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, and able to deal with difficult situations and use their initiative. Experience of working in the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
