Blackpool and The Fylde College is excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist - Administration Officer based at Fleetwood Nautical Campus. This role is essential in delivering a professional and customer-focused reception service while supporting key student administration processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate data and ensuring efficient operations that contribute to a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors alike.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As the face of Fleetwood Nautical Campus, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure seamless front-line and administrative support. These include:

Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and managing enquiries via reception, switchboard, and other communication channels.
Inputting, validating, and maintaining student records related to applications, enrolments, funding, attendance, and course completions. Ensuring data compliance with GDPR and audit requirements.
Processing tuition fees, student support funds, and related payments, while maintaining accurate and auditable records.
Assisting with college events such as enrolment, open days, and examinations, and supporting flexible working hours during peak periods.
Tracking attendance accurate management information and contribute to continuous service improvement.
