Full Job Description
The role is for 14 hours per week 8.30am - 4pm, 2 full days per week, 39 weeks per year, which days per week are worked can be discussed at interview. You will be paid on Kent Range 4, £23,338 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £7,663.33 based on 14 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
You would be responsible for:
Reception duties:
greeting parents, children and visitors,
DBS Checks,
answering queries,
opening post and parcels,
ensuring front of school is presentable,
providing tea and coffee to visitors on request.
Administration duties:
answering phone calls,
report requests on Arbor,
phoning parents,
staff absence and request for leave reporting,
Arbor comms and parent setup queries,
afterschool club admin,,
dinner debt chasing,
class Dojo posts.
have an eye for details and efficient grammar skills,
be able to work under pressure in a very busy office which can be noisy at times,
keep your cool under pressure and to be able to show empathy to parents and carers with a smile at all times.
