Full Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Handle enquiries and provide accurate information

  • Typing Skills / Transcribe

  • Arranging refreshments for clients

  • Supporting the Consultants and Office Manager with admin

  • Opening and Closing files on case management software (training will be provided)

    We are seeking a dedicated full time Receptionist for an immediate start. Any candidate must have some admin experience in a similar environment and have a keen interest in Law.


  • You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You must possess strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanour to create a positive experience for visitors and callers.,
  • Ability to computerize information accurately

  • Professional attitude and hardworking

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

  • Experience with data entry

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Clerical skills for handling paperwork effectively


  • Requirements:
  • GCSE / A-Level

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role

  • You need to be a team player and be able to work flexibly to the needs of the business

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, This is a full time role, working 9-5pm (Monday to Friday). Are you able to commit?

  • You MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • A professional and clear telephone manner is required.
