Full Job Description

Adderley Green Medical Services is looking to recruit to our reception & administration teams. The role is full time however we may consider part time or job share - working across our Meir & Longton practice sites., To receive, assist and care navigate patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcareprofessional in a courteous, efficient and effective way, and provide general administrative assistance to the practice team, whilst projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

It is an essential requirement of the role that the post holder has some flexibility to provide additional cover during periods of holiday or sickness.

We are looking for confident and self- motivated persons, who have good communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work well in a sometimes pressurised environment.

We are looking for staff who have previous experience in a General Practice setting and on-going training will be provided to suitable candidates. Strong IT skills will be required and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Our clinical system is Emis Web
