Full Job Description

You will promote a customer focused approach to receiving patients and visitors to therapy clinics, providing a courteous, responsive and effective first point of contact both in person and by telephone for patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
You will prioritise, plan and organise daily workload as part of an administration team, ensuring that daily tasks and ongoing workload/projects are appropriately prioritised and completed within agreed and acceptable timescales., Provide effective and efficient administrative and reception support to the therapy inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users and the Trust.
