o To act as the first point of contact for all Patients and Visitors to theCardiology department.o To provide administrative support for the clinical staff.o To ensure that patients' request forms are available and correctlyprepared for diagnostic tests and pacing clinicso To book all clinical appointments as appropriate and ensure correctpatient and test details are entered onto the booking system.o To maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
