Full Job Description

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the NHS trust responsible for the healthcare services provided at The Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
To work as part of the outpatient team, the post holder will be support Clinic Nurse Manager and Assistant Service Manager in day to day admin duties in the Eyes / ENT Department.
The post-holder will be a key member of staff in participating in the improvement of care of patient attending the Ophthalmology/ENT Unit;
Willingness to work across sites is essential., 1. To work as part of the outpatient team, the post holder will be involved with reception duties in the Eyes / ENT Department.
2. To perform supporting clerical duties to ensure smooth patient journey within Outpatients.
3. Preparation of medical records in advance, ensuring that all relevant patient information and documentation are available for the consultation.
4. Support Deputy Service Manager in coordination of patient appointments and any queries.
5. Support Deputy Service Manager in processing of Private Patient invoices
