Full Job Description

Applications are invited to the above role to provide full administrative support to staff/students/visitors of the School, acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries and contributing to the effective operation of the services provided by the School Office.

We are looking for a friendly, engaging and enthusiastic individual to join the School. They must have demonstrable experience or keen interest in providing a customer-focused, high-quality service. They would be a key member of the School Operations team; receive and respond to internal and external queries; resolving problems and providing support to a range of requests. Dealing with competing deadlines, ensuring an efficient and appropriate response is provided to all queries.

Applicants must be reliable, punctual and have good timekeeping skills. To have experience of the Microsoft Office package and a willingness to learn and develop this further is essential., Disability Confident
