Full Job Description

We are excited to recruit in to some administration opportunities within Women's Services to support our Clinic and Wards areas. We invite enthusiastic, self motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent computer literacy skills to apply to join the Administration Team to support with all elements of pathway administration - registering patients on to the system, making appointments, taking calls and supporting with reception and Ward duties are all part of a typical days' work - along with other tasks allocated on a roster basis.

  • Main duties of the job We welcome those who enjoy to work within a team, though are able to manage their own workload - a 4-week training plan provided with time to shadow duties being performed and demonstrate your learning. The Maternity Wards operate from 0730-1830, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are allocated with 12 weeks notice within this time frame, with consistent shifts when possible.
