Full Job Description

Bank Receptionist required to work within the PCN enhanced access service providing support to GP surgeries within the Bromley area., Responsible for opening & closing of the premises, ensuring alarms are activated/de-activated.

Completing administrative tasks requested by the clinician/head office

Sending patient appointment confirmation texts/emails

Liaising with GP practices via email/phone.

Sending patient referrals via email &/or post.

Ensuring efficient reception service is provided to patients and visitors.

Dealing with all general enquiries.

Checking in patients upon arrival/acknowledging all visitors.

Ensuring all rooms used/waiting areas are always kept clean and tidy.

Ensure all patients are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately.
Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the manager.
