Full Job Description

We are looking to strengthen their Office Services Team with a Receptionist/Business Support Administrator based at our Derby Office. You will report to the Office Manager and provide a professional and efficient administrative service to the regional team, + Welcome all visitors, issue/retrieve security passes, and liaise with host. + o Answer and direct incoming calls. + o Assist with booking of EV charging points and responding to parking queries. + o Assist with booking meeting rooms and hot desks. + o Issue access passes to new starters and assist with inductions. + o Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the front of house and set/check meeting rooms for the day. + o Maintain stock levels in communal drinks areas including drinks machines. + o Manage incoming and outgoing parcel deliveries and post. + o First Aid and Fire Marshal duties (training provided). + o Update noticeboards and monitor photocopiers. + o Organise supplies - stationery, paper, refreshments. + o Document management including data entry and archiving. + o General business administration duties as required to facilitate the running of the region. + o Carry out work in accordance with Company Safety Rules, Health and Safety legislation and Environmental standards. + o Carry out responsibilities to the required standards. + o Assist in the implementation of any required process, system or behavioural change. + o Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current on industry changes and innovations. + o Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback. + o Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role. + o In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships. + o Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality. + Be in office 5days a week (hours can be flexible)

Essential Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word / Excel / Teams).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to cover in situations of sickness and annual leave
  • Desirable:
  • Office health, safety and environmental knowledge desirable.
  • First Aid, Fire Marshall and Manual Handling certificates (training provided).
  • Car owner.
