Receptionist / Care Co-ordinator

Colte Partnership has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active receptionist to join the team based in Colne Medical Centre, on a part time basis for 24 hours a week as follows,

• Booking appointments.


• Greeting patients.


• Answering queries from patients and outside agencies and/or signposting to appropriate members of staff.


• Updating patient records.


• Processing correspondence.


• Liaising with patients using various communication methods.
  
  The Colte Partnership is very much At The Heart of Primary Care, being the largest GP partnership in north east Essex; comprised of 9 local GP practices across Colchester and Tendring. We care for approx. 98,000 patients. Our Head Office is in Feering.
