Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist and admin support to join our fabulous ADHD and Autism team. You will be working with our experienced and established admin team by answering queries from the families we work with and taking on general admin duties. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our patients and their families across Cheshire .

We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal., This role will involve answering telephone queries and emails from our service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls and emails and booking appointments as appropriate. Along with general admin duties. Generally supporting our nurses, consultants and speech and language therapists to ensure we have a smooth running service.

Applicants should have an enthusiastic, professional and pleasant manner at all times and have a flexible, "can do" approach. You will be someone who uses their initiative, common sense, and has excellent communication and organisational skills. Service with a smile goes a long way!
