Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Assistant to join the Paediatric Therapies Clerical Team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic person to take on a challenging role. Working under the supervision of the Clerical Team Leader the post holder will provide clerical and reception support to the Therapy Clinics and Paediatric therapies service.,

  • Check in Patients ensuring the correct personal details are held in Cerner making any updates necessary to the records.
  • Ensure documentation is completed and forwarded as necessary.
  • Sort paper referrals and place in appropriate tray.
  • Ensure documentation is completed and forwarded as necessary.
  • Receive and distribute mail.
  • To action approved freezing and unfreezing of clinics.
  • To print out clinic lists for the following day.
