Full Job Description

We are seeking full time or part time Receptionists to join our busy Reception and Out of Hours Coordination Centre based at The Whiteleaf Centre.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and service users therefore it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, you are caring and have a warm and friendly manner. You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure., + In return we will offer you support, supervision, training and the opportunity for personal development.

+ All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale
+ Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
+ Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study. Please ask your referees to respond promptly to reference requests.
+ Employees are expected to undertake mandatory and statutory training related to their role.

+ A full time role would be 37.5 hours, worked over the following shift pattern: As part of the role, you will be required to work all of the below shifts and be able to travel to other locations subject to departmental requirements. 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 /22:00 - 06:00 or 09:00-17:00 (when service requires)
+ Please note this post requires extended hours, weekends and bank holidays working patterns.
