You understand that a great guest experience starts with getting the basics right. You will work within the Front Office team and should be comfortable working in a fast paced role, dealing with people on a daily basis. Sustainability is a key part of our hotel's ethos. All our team are certified as 'Carbon Literate', and you should be eager to participate in Carbon Awareness training. We expect our team members to understand the impact of their actions on our environment, and actively contribute to reducing emissions as well as suggesting ideas of their own. They will be required to uphold a commitment to carbon reduction, bringing our sustainability journey to life for themselves and our guests.,
