Full Job Description

To provide a welcoming service to those visiting our Service - service users, other health professionals and visitors. To maintain a welcoming and tidy reception/waiting area. To provide administrative support in relation to reception duties and other tasks associated with the role.

Meet and greet of all visitors to our Service.

Reception/waiting area to be kept tidy and information supplied up-to-date.

Assist with associated administrative tasks as required., Main responsibilities are to provide a welcoming service to those visiting our Service and to keep the reception/waiting area up-to-date, clean and a welcoming environment.

Printing, emails to others, franking of post as required on a daily basis.

Assist with stationery orders as and when required.

Assist with associated tasks to the role whilst maintaining an up-to-date reception area.

Assist with calls from service users and others when appropriate to do so.
