Full Job Description

They are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Host to be the first point of contact for our customers.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm customer appointments, coordinating with the sales and service teams.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with basic administrative duties.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Personality: A warm, approachable demeanour with a strong focus on customer service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work alternate Saturday mornings and adaptability to assist with various tasks as needed.
Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive attitude.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Alternate Saturdays, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience
