Receptionist - Level 2 Apprenticeship - Studland

At THE PIG, we collaborate with Umbrella Training to provide our staff with an award-winning apprenticeship programme. We are delighted to open the opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at THE PIG - on the beach. This is an apprenticeship like no other. Our apprentices meet monthly for training days - covering topics such as 'Inspiration Leadership', 'Understanding Finance', 'Coaching and Feedback' - whilst enjoying curated days out to learn more about our fantastic industry. As a Receptionist at THE PIG, you will learn that the front desk is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day, has high standards of service and great attention to detail. The level 2, Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship will help you learn how to welcome guests and provide relevant information relating to the business. Provide an efficient check in/check out service for guests, answer enquiries, taking reservations and bookings face to face, on the telephone or on-line. The apprenticeship offers clear and proven career progression, plus expert guidance from our training provider - Umbrella. You will get everything you need from uniform to industry books, an online portfolio, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. No experience is required. We are seeking a Receptionist with the commitment towards both the role and apprenticeship, eager to learn and provide excellent service to our guests.
