Receptionist - North Cardiff Medical Centre

Applicants should be aware that you will be part of the reception team, working on a rota basis between the core hours of Monday to Friday 07.45am to 18.30pm. You must be available to work 'late' shifts until 6:30pm and be fully flexible on days. The reception team members are experienced and will be supportive to training and development to ensure that you are fully ready to speak to patients on the telephone or who come in to collect prescriptions., The key role of the Receptionist/Administrator is to effectively contribute to the Practice team by assisting the clinical team in the provision of services to patients by facilitating access and undertaking various administrative & support duties in an organised, efficient, timely and courteous manner., KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

RESPONSIBLE FOR: The delivery of Reception and administrative services to ensure an effective and professional service to patients and the Practice team. The role will be varied and will involve care navigating patients to the right services.
