Full Job Description
North East Sector Community Reception Services are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and committed individual to join their reception team to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties.
Hours are 37.5 hours per week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 0800 - 1900 & Friday 0800 - 1400 37.5 hours
(these may change slightly as you will need to be available to work 1 weekend day per month Saturday or Sunday 0800 - 1630).
The hours will change only on the 1 week of working the weekend.
Applicant must be flexible with working hours.
This post is for a Receptionist to cover busy reception desks meeting & greeting patients to the centre and being the main point of call for any building issues.
Based at Integrated Care Centre
You will provide an accurate, confidential, comprehensive and efficient clerical service to support tenants, ensuring priorities, deadlines and queries are always dealt with correctly and efficiently.
You will work on reception for the building to support all tenants including arriving patients & booking appointments, logging faults, monitoring the car park, making room bookings.
