Full Job Description

· Manage the switchboard phones, answering calls professionally and redirecting them to the appropriate staff member.

· Scan and record incoming and outgoing mail.

· Printing and scanning as needed.

· Data entry on Client Management System.

· Utilise various software programs to complete admin tasks as requested by the Office Manager, such a data entry, managing databases, and monitoring stationery.

· Take ownership of the Reception and Front-of-House.

· Monitor security cameras.

· Direct incoming mail.

As is the nature of the business, you'll sometimes be faced with difficult clients, individuals in states of distress, and lots of people from lots of different backgrounds. This role would suit someone with a hardy disposition and the ability to calmly deal with these very rare situations. The Office Manager will be working very close by regardless.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on an important role at the front-of-house as a Receptionist & Office Assistant. This role is a great way to learn valuable CV skills. The role is perfect for either someone newly entering the workforce, or someone who already has experience in this kind of role. You will have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of highly in-demand operational skills that you can build a career out of or use as a foundation for other career trajectories.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Previous experience is not mandatory. The candidate will need to be highly reliable and in the office 5 days a week. As is the nature of the role, flexible working/WFH will not be available.

You will need to have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows. You will need to also be prepared to take on extra hours to cover the PM Receptionists leave (vice versa is also true). You will need to be able to demonstrate good problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills. You will need to be able to work independently and make good decisions., Please note we won't be able to offer any sponsorship or visa for this role. Fluent English is a must.
