Full Job Description

Help us provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors In this role you will be a welcoming point of contact for all visitors and guests providing positive interactions and exceptional levels of customer service. You will support with the day-to-day operations of reception by producing and updating venue event schedules and coordinating incoming and outgoing post. This role will be working 3 days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have previous experience as a receptionist and feel confident working independently and as part of a team.
