You will be the first point of contact for parents, carers and other external stakeholders. You will need to create a calm, professional atmosphere as you welcome visitors to the school, while efficiently managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries. You will need the ability to multi-task in this busy front of house role. Strong organisational skills are essential as you will handle administrative duties alongside your reception responsibilities.

Part time positions will be up to 25 hours per week, either 7:30am - 12:30pm or 11am - 4pm. Hours to be agreed upon appointment.

The full time position will be 36 hours per week, working from 7:30am - 3:30pm (3:15pm on Friday), which includes a 45 minutes unpaid break.

Both full and part time positions are term time only, plus up to 5 additional days. Hours for the additional days to be worked to support events out of school hours and during the school holidays as required.
