Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to join the Pre-Assessment Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The post holder will be required to work closely with the Administrative Managers and Clinical teams, including team leaders, nursing and medical staff and liaise with a range of staff internally and externally across the Trust.

You will be able to adapt quickly and effectively in different environments, able to be flexible when faced with challenging situations and provide administrative support to our clinicians and provide quality customer service to our patients.

Successful candidates should be able to undertake a wide range of administrative duties. They should be a good team player, have excellent listening and communication skills, be organised, adaptable and flexible.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday shift., The post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare to patients by providing an administrative service focused on the patient and their individual needs. The Patient Administrator will provide effective and efficient administrative support to a team liaising with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals. The staff member will work consistently to provide high quality customer service and will be professional at all times.
