Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Pre-Operative Assessment Unit at Colchester Hospital.

Our nurse led team deliver pre-operative assessment to patients who will be undergoing a range of procedures within the specialties of Urology, General Surgery, Upper GI, ENT, Vascular, Oral, Gynaecology ,Orthopaedic and Breast surgery. This position will work closely in supporting the clinical team

  • You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Pre-Assessment

  • You will ensure Pre-Assessment reception is well covered, and all internal and external visitors are greeted into the department professionally and according to Trust standards

  • You will accurately record data onto departmental reports and internal databases
